摘要
介绍了美国UBB煤矿重大瓦斯煤尘爆炸事故发生及救援经过、事故调查及处理结果,分析了事故发生的直接原因和间接原因,采用事故树分析法确定了事故发生的主要原因,最后针对我国煤矿安全生产实际提出了事故防范措施。
This paper describes the rescue process,accident investigation and processing results of gas and dust explosion accident in UBB coal mine in USA.The direct cause and indirect cause have been analyzed.The main reason of accident have been determined by using fault tree analysis method.This paper proposes the accident prevention measures for coal mine production safety in China.
