摘要 "莫言"已经成为当代中国的一种文化符号。莫言圆满地实现了从"教育之不幸"到"文学之辉煌"的转换:小学生莫言的课外阅读欲从语文教师的"教育宽容"和"教学睿智"中获得井喷式的释放、其言语表现意识得到深度唤醒;辍学离校后,不期然与自然主义教育邂逅,伴随着感官的愉悦而获得身心自然的成长与满足;"后学生时期",莫言自觉守护文学创作的"才气"与言语表现的个性。"莫言"对创新中国教育文化观的启迪是:教育固然需要通过门类齐全、循序渐进的文化课程来奠定每个个体生命完成从自然人到社会人转化所必要的文化积淀,但其最终宗旨并不在于用某种适应既往社会的文化范型来高度"同化"千差万异的鲜活个体,而是要"异化"人———使每一个天赋不同遗传基因、深蕴不同发展可能的个体人,成长为获得某些由自己选择的文化积淀、最大化弘扬独特的潜才潜能、从而立身浩瀚世界而永不为他人所取代的特殊"自我"。 Mo Yan has become a symbol of culture in contemporary china. He has successfully realized the transformation from the "unfortunate education" to the "brilliance in literary". As a primary school student, he did extracurricular reading and had blowout - style release owing to his Chinese teacher' s "educational tolerance" and "teaching wisdom" , and his consciousness for language performance was thoroughly awakened. After being dropped out from school, he unexpectedly en- countered naturalism education. Accompanied by sensory pleasure, he naturally grew up physically and mentally with satisfaction. After the school life as a student, Mo Yan consciously kept his crea- tive literary talent and individuality in language performance. He provides enlightenment about the innovation of Chinese education culture concept, in that education should, off course, provide com- plete and step- by- step curriculum studies to lay the foundation for every individual to transform from a natural man to a social man. However, the final purpose is not to assimilate thousands of dif- ferent individuals by a certain kind of cultural paradigm suitable in the previous society. Education, instead, should aim at encouraging the extraordinary to enable every different - talented man with different genes, various possibilities for development to achieve his unique and potential abilities by choosing his favorite cultural accumulation, and grow up to become his special " self", which can never be replaced by others in the vast world.
