Study on the Basic Features of Australian Senior High School Curriculum Reform

摘要 21世纪的普通高中教育面临诸多机遇和挑战,但改革与进步始终是不变的主题。课程问题是普通高中教育的核心问题,课程改革不仅应该有课程实施行为方式的完善与发展,更重要的是要推进深层次的课程理念与课程制度的创新。澳大利亚制订了统一的国家课程体系以确保普通高中课程教学的基本质量,但与此同时鼓励不同的中学在国家课程基础上根据自身的实际情况开展针对性高中课程改革,具体体现为通过积极开展STS教育强化课程与社会的联系、通过广泛开设VET课程以强化职业教育课程与普通课程的整合、通过大力构建国家课程、地方课程与学校课程三合一的课程体系以强化课程的多样化和学生发展的多元化,以及通过积极倡导ICT能力培养强化信息素养培养与课程教学的融合。 The senior high school education is faced with many opportunities and challenges in 21 st Century, but the reform and progress is always a constant theme. The curriculum is the core problem of senior high school education, curriculum reform should not only have improvement and development of curriculum implementation action, more important is to promote deep - level innovation of curriculum ideas and curriculum system. Australia developed national curriculum system to ensure basic quality of the senior high school curriculum teaching, but at the same time encouraging different senior high school carrying out their own curriculum reform on the basis of national curriculum, Specific include strengthen the relation between curriculum and society by actively developing STS education, strengthen the integration between occupation education and curriculum by establishing VET courses, strengthen the diversification of curriculum and students development by establishing curriculum system of the national curriculum, local curriculum and school curriculum, and strengthen the integration of information literacy developing and curriculum teaching by actively advocated the cultivation of ICT ability.
