摘要
基于资源型经济的发展路径,利用最优生产选择模型,从资源约束和突破资源约束两个角度,考察了资源型经济转型路径中的要素使用特征。认为无论是在资源约束下的经济转型路径,还是突破资源约束的经济转型路径,转型的关键因素均在于提高对物质资本和人力资本的利用水平和利用效率。
In view of the development path of the resource-based economy,this essay analyzes the features of the production factors from two perspectives of resource constraints and breaking through resource constraints by use of optimal production choice model.Results reveal that under economic transformation path with resource constraints or not,the key factors in these two paths of transformation are to improve the efficiency of physical capital and human capital.
