中国经济转型:从追求数量粗放扩张转变为追求质量提高效率——中共十八大后十年经济走势

China's Economic Transition:from Pursuing Quantity and Extensive Expansion to Pursuing Quality and Efficiency Improvement

改革开放以来,中国经济飞速增长,令世人瞩目,被誉为"中国的奇迹"。但与此同时,由于多年的粗放扩张,中国经济不平衡、不协调、不可持续的问题日显突出。事实证明,中国经济必须转型,从追求数量、粗放扩张转变为追求质量、提高效率,这是实现中共十八大提出的全面建成小康社会新目标的重要保障。因此,为加快转变经济发展方式,使经济转上持续健康发展的轨道,必须适当放缓经济增速,集中精力抓经济发展的质量和效益,力图做到经济转型、产业升级、人人共享改革发展成果;继续深化改革,特别是要深化经济体制改革和政府改革,这是推动经济转型和发展方式转变的关键。

The rapid growth of China's economy since the reform and opening-up has drawn world-wide attention and been known as 'Wonder of China'. But at the same time, extensive expansion in the past years also led to the obvious problems of imbalanced, uncoordinated, and unsustainable development of economy. It has been proved that China's economy need to transit from pursuing quantity and extensive expansion to pursuing quality and efficiency improvement, which is also an important safeguard for attaining the goal of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects proposed by the 18th CPC National Congress. Therefore, for the aim of accelerating the transformation of the economic development pattern and enabling the economy to develop healthily, we need to slow down the fast-growing economy and focus on the quality and efficiency of economic development. We need to realize economic transition, industry upgrading and sharing of the benefits of the reform and development. We need to deepen the reform, especially the reform of the economic system and government institutions, which is the key to further the transition of economy and transformation of the economic development pattern.
