腹腔镜手术联合诺雷得治疗重度卵巢内异症疗效观察

Curative effect of short and long term of laparoscopic conservative surgery combined zoladex treat severe ovarian disease

目的:探讨腹腔镜下保守性手术联合诺雷得治疗该类疾病的治疗效果。方法:将120例重度卵巢内异症患者按时间顺序分配为组1、组2和组3,每组各40例。三组患者均实施腹腔镜保守性手术治疗,而组1未使用任何药物联合治疗,组2使用孕三烯酮联合治疗,组3使用诺雷得联合治疗,治疗后分析三组的治疗效果。结果:组2和组3的治愈率与组1相比,后者明显降低;组3患者的临床治愈率与组2相比更高。组2和组3的复发率均低于组1患者(P<0.05);而组2和组3之间复发率组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。组2和组3的成功妊娠率均明显高于组1(P<0.05);且组3的成功妊娠率高于组2(P<0.05)。结论:采用腹腔镜下手术联合诺雷德治疗重度卵巢型内异症近远期疾病的临床治疗效果好,有利于降低患者病情复发率,治疗后有效缓解患者卵巢病情程度,促进不孕症患者妊娠功能的恢复,值得临床上推广研究与应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical data of severe ovarian disease patients,analyze the treatment effect of laparoscopic conservative surgery combined zoladex.Methods：120 cases with severe ovarian disease were divided into group 1,group 2 and group 3 according to the time sequence,each 40 cases.Patients in three groups were implemented laparoscopic conservative surgery,and patients in group 1 were not treated with any drug,in group 2 treated with pregnant three ketene combination therapy,in group 3 treated with zoladex combination therapy,the effect after treatment was analyzed.Results：Compared with group 1,recovery rate of group 2 and group 3 were higher than that of group 1,group 3 was higher than that of group 2.Relapse rate of group 2 and group 3 were lower than that of group 1,but there was no significant difference between group2 and group 3..Successful pregnancy rate of group 2 and group 3 was significantly higher than that of group 1（P0.05）.And the successful pregnancy rate of group 3 was higher than that of group 2（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical treatment effect of laparoscopic surgery combined zoladex for short and long term severe ovarian is considerable,which is beneficial to reduce the recurrence rate after treatment,effectively relieve patients ovarian disease degree,promote the recovery of patients with infertility pregnancy function,it is worth clinical research and application promotion.
