团队领导力ITO评估法是中智公司开发的针对中央企业班子领导力评估新模式。该方法的核心概念是团队领导力,理论基础是团队领导力ITO评估模型。经实践检验,该测评方法具有较高的内外部效度和应用价值。
The ITO Assessment Method of Team Leadership developed by CIIC is a new assessment mode which is to aim at the leading group leadership of central enterprises.This method's core concept is team leadership,and the basis of this method is the ITO assessment model of team leadership.It is proven that the method has a high internal and external validity and application value.
