摘要
"职业丑人"在近年来企业的裁员管理中受到追捧,但应用"职业丑人"利弊参半。本研究分析了使用"职业丑人"裁员的优劣,就如何规制和管理"职业丑人"防范其风险做了策略探讨,并对这一现象从人力资源管理的角度进行了透视。
The "occupational villain" , which is popular in the management of corporate layoffs in recent years. However, the application of the "occupational villain"is both advantages and disadvantages, this study discusses the strategies of regulating and managing the "occupational villain" and guarding against the risk strategies, and finally discusses the management philosophies behind the perspective.
