With the development of practice, action learning has become an attention point in the fields of vocational education and human resource development in the world. Current characteristics of the researches on action learning include three points： the research core of action learning base is changing; the case researches are increasing; the research focus pays attention to development of various programs. The future research trends of action learning are： research on the evalu- ation of action learning will be popular, the reflective research outcome on action learning will increase, and research on trans-cuhure action learning will be a trend.
