摘要 随着行动学习实践的不断深入,行动学习已然在国际职业教育和人力资源开发领域引发了学术界的广泛关注。当前国际行动学习的研究特点是:行动学习基础的研究中心转变;行动学习实践中案例研究增多;行动学习的焦点关注各类项目的开发。行动学习的研究趋势是:行动学习的评估研究方兴未艾,行动学习研究的反思成果将增多,跨文化行动学习研究将成为一种趋势。 With the development of practice, action learning has become an attention point in the fields of vocational education and human resource development in the world. Current characteristics of the researches on action learning include three points: the research core of action learning base is changing; the case researches are increasing; the research focus pays attention to development of various programs. The future research trends of action learning are: research on the evalu- ation of action learning will be popular, the reflective research outcome on action learning will increase, and research on trans-cuhure action learning will be a trend.
