支气管肺泡灌洗液腺苷脱氨酶检测在肺结核早期诊断中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨支气管肺泡灌洗液腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)检测在肺结核早期诊断中的应用价值,确定其鉴别临界值,为临床提供诊断依据。方法对75例疑似肺结核病例的支气管肺泡灌洗液进行ADA检测,将结果分组进行统计学分析,绘制受试者工作曲线(ROC),计算曲线下面积,选择鉴别临界值。结果①肺结核组支气管肺泡灌洗液ADA结果明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。②肺结核组支气管肺泡灌洗液ADA ROC曲线下面积为0.835,鉴别临界值为30 u/L。结论支气管肺泡灌洗液ADA检测对肺结核的早期诊断具有很高的应用价值,可作为特异性诊断指标。 【Objective】 Study of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid adenosine deaminase(ADA) in the detection of pulmonary tuberculosis of the value of early diagnosis,to determine the differential threshold,provide reliable evidence for the clinical diagnosis.【Methods】 In 75 patients with suspected pulmonary tuberculosis cases in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid ADA detection results grouped for statistical analysis,draw the operating characteristic curves(ROC),calculated as the area under the curve,differential threshold selection.【Results】 Pulmonary tuberculosis group of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid ADA was significantly higher than that in control group(P〈 0.05).Pulmonary tuberculosis group of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid ADA ROC area under the curve of 0.835,identify critical value for 30 U/L.【Conclusion】 Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid ADA detection for early diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis has the very high application value,can be used as a specific marker for diagnosis.
