摘要
首先讨论了闭环锁式铁氧体移相器提高差相移温度稳定性的原理。分析了反馈方式 (单导线电压反馈和双导线磁通反馈 )的不同对闭环锁式铁氧体移相器温度稳定性的影响 ,研制了双导线磁通闭环锁式高功率(40kW)铁氧体移相器 ,采用槽波导技术解决了高功率条件下移相器的打火问题 ,在 - 40℃~ +6 0℃下移相器差相移的均方根误差σ≤ 8°。该移相器已通过了某相控阵雷达的各项实验。
This paper first discusses the principle for enhancing temperature stabilization of differential phase shift for closed loop latching ferrite phase shift with high power, and also analyzes the effect of differen feed circuit (single line voltage feed and double line magnetic flux feed) on close loop latching ferrite phase shifters temperature stability. The paper researches double line magnetic flux feed for closed loop latch ferrite phase shifter with high power (40kW). The solt waveguide is used solve the phase shifter break down at high power. The phase shifter rms differential phase shift error σ≤8° at -40℃~+60℃. The phase shifters already go throughout many item experiments of phased array radar.
