摘要 采用二级速率法则模拟蜂巢多酚提取过程的动力学。采用Origin8.0软件中的功能模型来预测动力学参数起始提取速率(h)、总多酚的平衡浓度(Ce)和提取率常数(k),采用Arrhenius公式描述提取率常数(k)和提取温度(Ta)的关系,建立了用于预测在提取时间tmin时提取液中总多酚的浓度(Ct)随时间(t)变化的动力学模型。这些数学模型是合理和可信的,能够很好的拟合在不同提取时间下原料粒度、提取温度和液料比对多酚的提取过程,得到多酚的提取活化能为9.26kJ/mol。 The extraction kinetics of polyphenols in Honeycomb was described by the pseudo-second order kinetics model. Parameters of initial extraction rate ( h), The total polyphenol concentration equilibrium ( Co ) and Extraction rate constant(k)were predicted by functional module of Software Origin 8.0.The relationship between Extraction rate constant(k) and extraction temperature ( T, ) was expounded by Arrhenius formula. Kinetics models were established to calculate the time-variation total phenols content(Ct) at t minute.These mathematical models were reasonable and reliable which could fitted the extraction process with different extraction parameters, including raw material particle size, extraction temperature and ratio of solvent to solid.The activation energy of the extraction was determined as 9.26kJ/mol.
