卡介苗多糖核酸穴位注射对支气管哮喘患者外周血IgE含量及哮喘控制测试评分的影响

Effect of BCG-PSN Acupoint Injection on IgE Content and Asthma Control Test Score of Bronchial Asthma

目的评价夏季应用卡介苗多糖核酸穴位注射足三里、定喘穴对支气管哮喘患者免疫功能和冬春季发作情况的影响。方法将145例支气管哮喘患者随机分为研究组73例和对照组72例。于夏季(7-9月)纳入病例,研究组以卡介苗多糖核酸穴位注射,取双侧足三里和定喘穴,每穴注射0.5ml;对照组行肌肉注射,每次2ml,两组均隔日治疗1次,10次为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。于治疗前后对患者行哮喘控制测试问卷(ACT)评分以及外周血免疫球蛋白E(IgE)含量检测,并于接受治疗当年的12月份和次年的3月份进行随访,再次评价ACT得分。结果与本组治疗前比较,两组治疗后、随访时ACT评分均增加(P<0.05);两组治疗后、随访时组间比较,研究组ACT评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组外周血IgE含量均较治疗前降低(P<0.01);治疗后组间比较研究组低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论夏季卡介苗多糖核酸穴位注射足三里、定喘穴治疗支气管哮喘,可以有效提高哮喘患者的ACT评分,降低外周血IgE含量,从而有效减少冬春季节哮喘的发作。

Objective To observe the effect of acupoint injection with bacillus calmette-guerin polysaccharide nucleic acid （BCG-PSN） applied in the summer on immune function and onset in the winter in bronchial asthma （BA） patients. Methods Totally 145 BA patients were included in the summer （from July to September） and randomized into the research group and control group, with 73 and 72 in each. The research group was given acupoint injection with 0. 5ml BCG-PSN on bilateral Zusanli （ST-36） and Dingchuan （Panting Stabilizer） point. The control group was given intramuscular injection with BCG-PSN 2ml. Both groups were given treatment three times weekly and ten times as one treatment course. The treatment lasted for 3 courses. The asthma control test （ACT） score and immunoglobulin E （IgE） content were observed before and after treatment. The ACT score was evaluated in December of the treatment year and March of the following year. Results The ACT scores in both groups were significantly increased after treatment （P〈0.05）, especially in the research group （P〈0.05）. The IgE contents in both groups were significantly decreased after treatment （P〈0.05）, especially in the research group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion BCG-PSN acupoint injection in summer can effectively reduce BA attacks in winter and spring by increasing the ACT score and decreasing the IgE content.
