论译者的阅读过程

The Translator as a Reader

译者对源语文本的理解是一种有别于源语文本普通读者的阅读过程,且遵循一定的模式并对此后的翻译过程产生影响。本文从文本学、阅读心理学、翻译心理学等方面对译者的阅读过程给出分析,以期揭示译者的阅读模式与源语文本的本族语读者阅读模式的异同点。

In processing the original text,the translator necessarily adopts an approach quite different from the native reader's by constantly thinking about how her interpretation might impact on the translation subsequently.Drawing on relevant studies in textology,reading psychology and translation psychology,this paper attempts to account for the way the translator's STrelated reading process unfolds and,in so doing,to cast some light on the similarities and differences between the two models of reading adopted respectively by the translator and the native reader.
