摘要
将脱硫石膏在170℃处理得到脱硫建筑石膏,以矿物掺合料替代部分脱硫建筑石膏制成石膏基建筑材料,分别加入水泥和生石灰,与石膏基建筑材料生成耐水硬化产物。结果表明:加入水泥或生石灰都可提高石膏基建筑材料的强度及耐水性能;水泥的加入对石膏基建筑材料的耐水性能改善效果优于生石灰;在加入等量水泥或生石灰时,石膏-矿粉体系比石膏-粉煤灰体系表现出更高的强度及更好的耐水性能。
Desulphurization building gypsum was obtained when FGD gypsum being treated under 170 ℃. Water-resistant hardened product was generated by single adding of cement and lime on the gypsum-based building materials,which was prepared by partially substituting desulphurization building gypsum with mineral admixtures. Experiments show that the incorporation of cement or lime can improve the strength and water resistance of gypsum-based building materials; incorporating cement is better than incorporating lime in the improvement effect on water resistant performance of gypsum-based building materials: gypsum-slag system exhibit higher strength and better water resistance than gypsum-fly ash system when added the same dosage of cement or lime.
