烧结页岩空心砖和空心砌块的制备及性能

Preparation and performance of fired shale hollow brick and block

参考国家及相关地方标准,设计并生产符合广西实际的烧结页岩空心砖和空心砌块,并对其力学性能和热工性能进行研究。结果表明,烧结页岩空心砖和空心砌块抗压强度均大于3.5 MPa,符合GB 13545—2003《烧结空心砖和空心砌块》对空心砖抗压强度的要求;传热系数均小于2.0 W(/m2·K),符合DB45/T 221—2007《广西居住建筑节能设计标准》对其保温隔热性能的要求。

The fired shale hollow brick and block satisfying Guangxi practice were designed and prepared by referring to the national and other regional standard,and its mechanical and thermal properties were investigated. The experimental results show that the compressive strength of brick and block are greater than 3.5 MPa,it is up to the requirement of national standard GB 13545--2003,the heat transfer coefficient is less than 2.0W/（m2.K）,it is up to the thermal insulation performance of local standard DB 45/T 221--2007.
