公共服务政策绩效评估理论研究被引量：1

摘要公共服务政策不仅体现政府效能,更能体现出政府的财政收入分配的合理性。以此为突破口,借助挪威的"职业复兴"项目相关方法与技术(Heckman评估方法与技术)来对现阶段的政策绩效进行评估,研究结果显示:经济发展水平与职业复兴项目绩效之间呈正相关关系;职业复兴项目推动能够带来其他政府公共服务政策绩效水平的显著提高;我国东中西部地区在职业复兴项目的推行与绩效方面差异性也表现得较为明显。
