摘要
索罗经济增长模型中的稳态经济零增长率符合物理学中惯性定律揭示的物体运动规律,是经济形式的惯性运动。运用物体的惯性定律和惯性属性解释稳态经济零增长率,得出稳态经济零增长率与低碳经济相契合以及经济体小发展快的结论。从长期的经济运动分析,稳态经济零增长率连接着两轮不同增长方式的经济增长阶段。要充分利用稳态经济零增长率,以节约资源保护环境;在我国制定优先发展经济体小的中西部开发战略;在稳态经济零增长阶段着重转变经济增长方式和解决社会经济矛盾。
The zero growth rate of steady-state economy in Solow economic growth model conforms to the law of object motion revealed by the inertia law in physics;it is the inertia motion in the economic shape.To explain the zero growth rate of steady-state economy with the inertia law and inertia property of objects,this paper draws the conclusion that the zero growth rate of steady-state economy accords with the low-carbon economy,and the smaller the economic entity the faster the development.Analyzed form the long-term economic movement,the zero growth rate of steady-state economy links two economic growth periods of different growth modes.Therefore,the zero growth rate of steady-state economy should be made full use of in order to save resources and protect environment.In China,development strategies should be formulated with priority to develop small economic entities in the central and western regions.During the period of zero growth rate of steady-state economy,close attention should be paid to the changes of economic growth mode and solutions to social and economic contradictions.
