The Impact of Social Capital on Corporate Value Creation:Theory,Mechanism and Application

摘要 社会资本作为资本的一种形态,其通过对契约履行程度、资源获取与整合以及交易成本节约等多方面的影响来实现其价值增值的功效;与此同时,采用动态博弈模型能够深入地分析企业与其外部利益相关者之间如何形成信任机制,进而揭示社会资本对企业价值创造的影响机理。随着信息网络经济时代的到来,企业应当将社会资本纳入到企业战略层面,促进物质资本、人力资本与社会资本的良性互动,构建基于社会资本生成与开发的价值创造模式,从而实现企业价值最大化的目标。 As a form of capital,social capital can realize its value-added effect through its impact on the fulfillment of the contract,the acquisition and integration of resources and the reduction of transaction cost,etc..This paper employs the dynamic game model to analyze in depth how the trust mechanism is formed between enterprises and outside stakeholders.Then it further reveals the impacting mechanism of social capital on corporate value creation.With the arrival of the information network economy era,enterprises should regard social capital as a level of corporate strategy,promote the positive interaction between physical capital,human capital and social capital,and establish a value creation model based on the generation and development of social capital,so as to realize the corporate target of maximizing their value.
