摘要 绝缘型式试验是考核断路器绝缘性能的重要试验。1 100 kV SF6断路器较高的绝缘水平使得其绝缘试验对断路器设备制造商和绝缘试验室均提出了更高的要求和挑战。新东北电气自主研发的1 100 kV SF6断路器在机械工业高压电器设备质量检测中心按照GB/Z 24838—2009顺利完成了整套绝缘型式试验。详细介绍了1 100 kV SF6断路器的技术结构特点和技术参数。对其绝缘型式试验样机布置进行了研究分析,并在试验中进行了验证;对其断口联合电压试验进行了数值仿真,并在试验中进行了验证,最终电压跌落按照100%补偿;对其在局部放电试验中遇到的干扰信号进行了分析,整机在分合闸位置的局放量均小于5 pC。 Dielectric type test is very important to circuit breaker’s performance.Due to its higher insulation level of circuit breaker at 1 100 kV,its dielectric type test is a challenge for both manufactures and laboratories.Its dielectric type test according to Chinese specification GB/Z 24838—2009 was carried out in laboratory.In this paper the technical performance of 1 100 kV SF6 circuit breaker was introduced.Combined voltage test for across the open switching device was computed and verified in the test,the power frequency voltage was increased to 100% specified voltage.Disturbances occurred in the partial discharge test were diagnosed;the apparent charges of the partial discharge tests are less than 5 pC at the closed or open positions of the circuit breaker.
