摘要
本文从业务支撑层、应用开发层和业务用户层三个层面对电子商务发展进行了分析,指出在电子商务发展中电信在网络、人才和客户源等方面具有优势。最后建议电信企业要继续争取政府的支持,同时与金融系统、网络集成和软件厂家以及房地产或物业管理等部门联合行动。
The service support layer, application development layer and service user layer of EC are described. Telecom provides the advantage of network, human resources and customer sources for EC development. Telecom enterprises should continue to win government support and take joint actions with financial systems, network integration and software ven-dors as well as real estate and relevant affairs administrative departments.
