经皮锁定加压钢板复位固定胫骨中下段闭合骨折早期相关并发症的临床研究 被引量:19

摘要 目的:总结微创经皮锁定加压钢板复位固定胫骨中下段闭合骨折早期相关并发症。方法:采用闭合或有限切开复位经皮锁定加压钢板技术固定胫骨中下段闭合骨折25例,包括简单横形及短斜形骨折5例、斜形及螺旋形骨折11例、外侧楔形骨折4例、粉碎性骨折5例(其中1例双侧)。结果:术后5~10°外旋3例,<5°外旋6例;术后<5°向后成角5例;术中>10°向后成角2例,向前成角2例均中转有限切开复位;术后<5°外翻4例,>5°而<10°外翻2例;内踝处伤口于术后4周裂开钢板外露1例;置入锁钉处伤口不愈合1例。结论:胫骨中下段闭合骨折应依据术前骨折类型、术中闭合复位难易及对软组织二次损伤程度、闭合复位经验及患者心理预期选择合适的复位方式。
