免疫炎症与低氧性肺动脉高压 被引量:3

摘要 低氧性肺动脉高压(HPAH)是由各种疾病所导致的慢性持续缺氧所致,这种缺氧可以是原发性的,也可以继发于炎症后细胞微环境中氧的缺乏,同时低氧信号通路的激活可进一步诱导免疫炎症反应的启动,进而促进炎性细胞的聚集及释放大量的炎性介质。
