Research on Selection of Development Direction and Distribution of Strategic Emerging Industries in Ningxia

在对宁夏战略新兴产业发展现状进行深入调研分析的基础上,采用层次分析法判定宁夏优先发展的战略新兴产业主导产业,明确提出一个核心区、三个集聚区、六大特色产业基地的产业发展总体布局,以及完善战略性新兴产业发展的财税金融政策、提升战略性新兴产业发展的科技支撑能力、加大战略性新兴产业发展的人才培养力度等促进产业发展的对策建议。

Based on in - depth investigation and study of the strategic emerging industries in Niilgxia, the paper determines the leading industry using AHP, clearly puts forward the industry development overall layout of a core area, that is ： three gathering districts and six characteristic indus｜rial bases. It also gives suggestions to promote the development of strategic e- merging industry in Ningxia, such as improving the fiscal and financial policies, enhancing ability of scientific and techno- logical support and increasing efforts to train personnel.
