科研机构组织过程资产管理实践初探

Preliminary Exploration on Management Practices for Organizational Process Assets in Research Institutions

基于组织过程资产及组织过程资产管理的概念,探讨科研机构面对多项目管理环境,在组织过程资产管理过程中存在的一系列现实问题,诸如重视程度不够、组织过程资产积累程度较低、利用率不高等。结合组织过程资产的管理实践,提出组织过程资产管理的几点思路和管理重点,比如强化组织过程资产管理理念、明确管理部门、采取多样化的管理方法等以提高组织过程资产的管理能力,从而为科研机构的科研管理提供服务支持。

Based on the concepts of Organizational Process Assets （OPA） and Organizational Process Assets Management （OPAM） , the article analyzed the actual problems of OPAM existing in research institutions, such as less attention on OPAM, lower accumulation and utilization of OPA, etc. Combined with management practices in the setting of multi - pro- management, the article put forward a few ideas and focus on OPAM in research institutions, for example, the reinforcement of the management philosophy on OPAM, a clear OPAM department, a variety of management methods, to improve the management capabilities of OPA and provide service support to scientific research and management in research institutions.
