总结国内外创意产业人才培养与开发等方面的经验与做法,深入分析广东省创意产业人才培养的现状与存在问题,以广东科学技术职业学院高技能创意产业人才培养"双主体"模式实践为基础,提出基于校企"双主体"模式构建高技能创意产业人才培养开发平台的对策建议。

The paper sums up the practice and experience of creative industry personnel training and development at home and Abroad, and carries out in - depth analysis of the current situation and problems of cultivation of creative talents in Guangdong Province. Taking the practice of the ＂double subjects＂ model of cultivating creative industry talents with high skill in Guangdong Institute of Science and Technology as the foundation, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for construction of the platform for training and developing creative industry talents with high skill based on the model of college - enterprise as ＂double subjects＂ .
