摘要
基于企业设计管理发展的需求和设计活动的知识高度密集的特性,将成熟的知识管理方法引入工业设计领域,开展知识管理于企业设计管理中的基础应用研究。在分析企业工业设计部门实施知识管理的关键问题的基础上,梳理企业工业设计中心的业务流程以及知识流动的过程,构建以业务流程为基础的工业设计知识管理系统的概念模型并明确其需要实现的四个核心功能。
Based on the demands of developing design management （DM） in enterprise and the highly knowledge intensive characteristics of design activities, the paper introduced a sophisticated knowledge management （KM） methodology to industrial design and launched a basic KM application research in corporate DM. On the basis of analyzing the key problems of implementing KM in industrial design （ID） division, the paper combed the industrial design process in enterprise and the process of ID knowledge flows, constructed an industrial design knowledge management system （IDKMS） model and clarified four core functions of IDKMS.
