摘要
现有的各种ABR拥塞控制算法都只能实现最大最小准则下的公平分配。文中提出了一种称为“既得利益”相等的设计思想。依据这一思想改造现有算法 ,原则上可以在原算法框架内实现任一准则下的公平性。作为例子 ,我们改造了ERICA算法 ,使得新算法能达到ATM论坛定义的按MCR成比例分配带宽准则下的公平性。仿真实验结果表明 ,新算法性能良好。
