Practice,Exploration and Thought——On the Main-branch Library Construction of Public Libraries in Jiangsu

本文以江苏省公共图书馆总分馆建设为例,在对公共图书馆总分馆制主要的几种模式分析比较的基础上,提出了总分馆建设要因地制宜,大胆探索城乡一体化,地方政府要逐步将乡镇馆纳入公共财政,充分发挥县馆的龙头作用,探索图书馆多元化投资体制等五项对策。

Taking the main-branch library construction of public libraries in Jiangsu as example, and based on the comparative analysis of some mode of main-branch library of public library, this paper puts forward that the main-branch library construction should adapted to local conditions, the library should explore the urban-rural integration, the local government should put the township library into public finance,play a leading role, and explore the diversified investment system.
