A Review on Space Optimization——Dynamic Mechanism,Influence Factors and Path Selection

作为一种稀缺的经济资源,空间及其优化对于区域协调发展具有重要意义。综述已有研究,市场和政府是优化空间结构的两种主要力量;空间优化同时受到要素流动及其累积效应、技术进步及其溢出效应、产业结构调整及产业转移、制度变迁及其扩散效应等不同因素的影响;空间优化的路径选择表现在宏观、中观和微观三个层面。

As a scarce economic resource, space and its optimization have important significances to promote balanced development among regions. According to the previous literatures, the two main ways to optimize spatial structure are through the market and the government. Also, it has been claimed that the space optimization is influenced by different interacted factors, such as factor liquidity and its cumulative effects, technical progress and its spillover effects, industrial structure adjustment and subsequent industrial transfer, institutional change and its diffusion effects and so on. Considering the path selection, space optimization can be achieved in three levels including macro, meso and micro dimensions.
