摘要
本文以大学生非正式组织的成因为研究对象,在梳理国内外相关研究成果的基础上,结合组织行为学、教育学、心理学的相关理论,提出基于和谐校园文化背景下非正式组织成因的三个假设。通过对四省21所高校大学生非正式组织的问卷调查、数据分析,得出相关结论。针对大学生非正式组织的成因,提出从尊重人、理解人、关心人和发展人角度,加强非正式组织的教育管理。
Abstract: Based on taking origins of students' unofficial organizations at colleges and universities as target, combing relevant study fruits of both home and abroad, and combining theories of science of organizational behavior, pedagogic and psychology together, three hypotheses of origins of unofficial organization were proposed on the scenery of harmonious campus cultures. Then, corresponding findings were achieved through questionnaire and statistics analysis among 21 students' unofficial organizations at colleges and universities in 4 different provinces. Based on the results, counter-measures of enhancing management of unofficial organizations were put forward from the angle of respecting, understanding, consideration and human' s further development.
