摘要
学习道德模范常态化是事物发展状态和存在状态的有机结合,以雷锋为例,它是"知雷锋→学雷锋→是雷锋"认知发展维度、"政治雷锋→生活雷锋→政治雷锋"内容发展维度、"运动式、简单化学雷锋→制度化学雷锋→自觉学雷锋"实践发展维度的辨证统一。学习道德模范常态化是雷锋精神的历史生成性和现实生成性的统一,是对人的幸福与人的本质、价值之间关系的科学诠释,是雷锋精神的存在环境和个人实践的交互过程和结果。学习道德模范常态化须从创新教育内容、丰富活动载体、建立长效机制着手,确保学习道德楷模活动健康有序发展。
The normalization of Lei Feng' spirit is organic combination of the state and existence of Lei Feng' spirit. Form the cognitive development dimension, the normalization of Lei Feng' spirit means that Lei Feng' spirit should be comprehended for the first time. Then Lei Feng' spirit should be applied and digested. Form the content development dimension, the normalization of Lei Feng' spirit requires that political content and life content about Lei Feng' spirit need be combihated. Form the ways of learning Lei Feng' spirit, college students are supposed to transform the ways form rigid ways to systemic and conscious ways. The normalization of Lei Feng' spirit is the combination of Lei Fang' historical significance and subsistent significance. It explains the relationship of human' s happiness,the nature and value. The normalization of Lei Feng' spirit is the combination of surroundings and action, the Innovation of education content, enrich education content activity carrier and establishing long-term mechanism are healthy and orderly means.
