酸性氧化电位水冲洗在气管切开患者口腔护理的效果研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨酸性氧化电位水刷牙结合冲洗在颅脑损伤昏迷气管切开患者口腔护理中的临床效果。方法将134例ICU颅脑损伤昏迷气管切开患者随机分为观察组65例和对照组69例。观察组采用酸性氧化电位水刷牙结合冲洗法进行口腔护理,对照组采用生理盐水以同样方法进行口腔护理。采集两组患者口腔护理前、后细菌样本。定期观察并记录发生口臭、口腔炎症、VAP病例数。结果观察组口臭、口腔炎症、呼吸机相关性肺炎、口咽部细菌培养阳性率均低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论采用酸性氧化电位水刷牙结合冲洗法能有效杀灭颅脑损伤昏迷行气管切开患者口咽部的细菌。有效预防颅脑损伤昏迷气管切开患者口臭、口腔感染、VAP的发生。 Objective To study the clinical effect of brushing and irrigation oral care method with acid oxidation potential water for craniocerebral injury patients with tracheotomy coma. Method 134 cases patients with craniocerebral injury tracheotomy coma in ICU were randomly divided into experimental group(65)and control group(69).The cases in the experimental group were applied with acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water in brushing and irrigation oral care.patients in control group take physiological saline for oral care with the same methods.Oropharyngeal bacteria samples were collected before and after oral nursing.Regularly observed and recorded halitosis,oral inflammation and VAP cases. Result The incidences of oral complications,such as bad breath,oral infection and the incidences of ventilator-associated pneumonia,the positive rate of oropharyngeal bacterial culture,were lower in the experimental Group than that of the control group(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of brushing and irrigation oral care method with acid oxidation potential water can effectively kill oropharyngeal bacteria and effectively prevent bad breath,oral infections and VAP in craniocerebral injury patients with tracheotomy coma.
