半导体超晶格研究是凝聚态物理学中一个极其活跃的前沿和半导体科学技术发展史上一颗璀璨的明珠。它的确立、研究与发展 ,不仅对现代电子信息科技 ,而且对低维体系物理、新型材料科学和纳米科学技术的发展都产生了革命性的影响。今天 ,在崭新的 2 1世纪来临之际 ,通过重温它的发展历程和总结它的发展规律 ,无论对当代基础科学研究 ,还是对现代高新技术的发展 ,都具有重要的指导意义和宝贵的借鉴价值。
Semiconductor superlattice is an active forward position in condensed state physics and a bright pearl in development history of semiconductor science technology. Its establish and development produce revolutionary effects not only for modern informational science technology, but also for low dimensional system physics, new material science and nanometer science technolgoy. In our days, when new 21th century is coming, we again review its history evolution and analyze its developmental inherent regulation, which has important guide meaning for the both study of basic science and the development of modern high new technology.
