摘要
采用乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)络合溶胶-凝胶法制备CuFeMnO4石复合金属氧化物,通过XRD、SEM、IR研究不同溶胶PH值对合成粉体物相结构、微观形貌和光谱吸收性能的影响。结果表明:制备的干凝胶在700℃煅烧4 h后形成CuFeMnO4尖晶石复合金属氧化物,平均晶粒尺寸都达到了纳米级,容易团聚成结构比较致密的颗粒状粉末。试样的平均晶粒尺寸随反应pH值的增大而增大,积分平均吸收率也随着提高。PH=6.5时,粉体对200~2500 nm波长范围的太阳光平均吸收率达88.339%。
CuFeMnO4 spinel compound oxide was prepared by ethylene diamine tetra-acetic acid (EDTA)sol-gel method. By XRD, SEM and IR testing, the effects of pH value of precursor sol on the phase structure, surface morphologies, spectral absorption proper- ties of synthetic powder were investigated. The results show that CuFeMnO4 spinel compound oxide is formed from the dry gel cal- cined at 700~C after 4 h. The average crystallite size have reached a nano-scale,but the nano-crystallites reunited into relatively dense structure. The average grain size increases with the pH of the precursor sol, the integral average absorption rote is also in- creased further. When PH value is 6. 5, the absorbance in 200-2500 nm wave length range from the obtained CuFeMnO4 spinel com- pound oxide powders was about 88. 339%.
