Marxist Property Theory as the Foundation of the Political Economy Analysis

马克思主义所有制理论是政治经济学分析的基础,根据所有制分析经济关系是历史唯物主义的基本方法。本文回顾马克思对拉萨尔错误观点的批判,并以我国理论界有关坚持和否定马克思主义所有制理论的主要论争为例,说明对待生产资料所有制地位和作用的态度历来是马克思主义与其他学说的重要分水岭。由于社会主义公有制的重要性,主张资本主义私有化的人都利用一切时机和借口反对公有制,特别是国家所有制。针对鼓吹私有化的浪潮,简要批判它们的错误理论,提出一定要高度重视所有制对经济发展的决定作用,坚持社会主义公有制的主体地位。

This paper illustrates the significance of Marxist property theory on analyzing socio-economic issues from both theoretical and practical perspectives,noting that it is the foundation of political economy analysis,and analyzing economic relationships according to property is the basic method of historical materialism.This paper reviews Marx's critique of Lasalle's misconceptions and uses the major debates among Chinese scholars for or against Marxist theory of property as examples to describe that the attitudes towards the status and role of property of means of production have always distinguished Marxism from other theories.Due to the importance of socialist public ownership,those who advocate privatization under capitalism use all opportunities to oppose the public ownership,especially state ownership.This paper cites several rounds of advocating for privatization in the past and briefly criticizes their false theories,and suggests that great importance should be attached to the decisive role of ownership for economic development.It is recommended that socialist public ownership be adhered to as the dominant one for development which will safeguard the path of socialism and protect the resources of welfare for the working people.
