摘要
蓝莓(Vacciniumspp.),是一类属于杜鹃花科(Ericaceae)越橘属(Vaccinium)的多年生小浆果类果树,广泛地应用于医药、保健、化妆品和环境保护等各方面,联合国粮农组织将其果实列为人类世界五大健康食品之一,也是我国南方酸性土丘陵地区值得发展的经济作物。全国已超过10个省份开始大面积的蓝莓商业化栽培,预计未来10年将超过10万hm2。
The identification of the pathogens isolated from the stem dieback and twigs blight of Highbush Blueberries (Vaccinium corymbosum L. ) were carried out. 29 diseased samples were observed in Kunming and Lijiang Yunnan Province (south-western China). 29 isolates of possible pathogenic fungi were isolated from stem and twigs of infected blueberry plants. Bases on the pathogenicity experiment, the results showed that LI- JIANG22 was the pathogens of Highbush Blueberries dieback disease. The morphological identification showed that LIJIANG22 was identified as Neofusicoccum parvum. Identity was confirmed by the analysis of rDNA inter- nal transcribed spacer region (ITS1-5.8S-ITS2) and the translation elongation factor 1-alpha (EFl-α). BLAST searches at GenBank showed a high identity with N. parvum reference sequences (ITS: 〉99% ; EFI-α: 100% -99% ). Representative sequences of isolates from both regions were deposited in GenBank (ITS: Accession No. JX096632, isolate LIJING22 ; JX096634, isolate LIJIANG23 ; EFl-α: Accession No. JX096636, JX096637). Morphological and molecular identification confirmed this species as N. parvum. N. parvum was first reported as the pathogen of Highbush Blueberries dieback disease in China.
