南京地区临床医学工程部门现状调查及分析

Survey and Analysis of Current Situation of Clinical Engineering Department in Nanjing

南京医学会临床医学工程学分会采用自设问卷方式,调查了南京地区19家医院的医学工程部门,从而了解南京地区医院医学工程部门工作职能及医学工程技术人员基本情况,并对临床医学工程部门的职能及人员结构等进行了分析,建议通过加强学历教育、参加继续教育和开展科教活动等全面提升医学工程人员的学识水平和技术能力。

A questionnaire survey is organized and conducted by the Clinical Medical Engineering Branch Association of Nanjing Medical Association among 19 hospitals in Nanjing to comprehend the functions of clinical engineering departments and the current situation of clinical engineering technicians in hospitals in Nanjing.Through analysis of functions and staff structures of the clinical engineering department,some suggestions are put forward such as strengthening academic education,attending continuing education and organizing scientific education activities to enhance the education level and technical capacity of medical engineering technicians all-roundly.
