157例中药注射剂不良反应报告分析

Analysis of 157 adverse reaction reports of traditional Chinese medicine injection

目的:本文探讨了中药注射剂所致的药品不良反应(ADR)的一般规律与特点,以促进中药注射剂在临床的安全合理应用。方法:对我院2004年1月-2012年6月上报157例中药注射剂所致的ADR报表进行回顾性分析。结果:157例ADR报告涉及26个中药注射剂品种。临床表现以皮肤及附件损害为主,其次是全身性损害、循环系统,大部分ADR对原患疾病无明显影响,预后较好。结论:中药注射剂不良反应不容忽视,应提高警惕。

Objective： To explore the patterns and features of adverse drug reactions（ADR） induced by traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） injections for promoting their safe application.Methods： A retrospective analysis was conducted.Totally 157 reports of TCM injection ADRs in our hospital from January 2004 to June 2012 were analyzed.Results： In the 157 reports,26 varieties of TCM injections were involved.The clinical manifestations were mainly damages of the skin and accessories,followed by systemic damage,and circulatory system damage.Most ADRs had no significant influence on the original illness,and the prognosis was good.Conclusion： ADR of TCM injections can not be ignored,but must be vigilant to monitor.
