课程改革中的教师角色冲突与调适 被引量:3

摘要 在课程改革中,由于教师职业的自身特征和外界对教师不同期望与角色期待的转变,不少教师面临着角色冲突的困扰。一方面,教师职业经历了从师道尊严的传统到自豪感减退的现实转变.具有“回归”、“不确定”与“无边界”的特征,且“注重技艺”,愿意“趋避风险”。“回归性”使教师职业成为众目睽睽的工作,处于谁都能够批判的防不胜防的状态。“不确定性”指代教师职业的复杂性。“无边界性”则无限制地扩大了教师的职域和责任,它使教师的工作更加繁忙,更容易招致身体和精神的双重疲惫。“注重技艺”和“风险趋避”的特征,体现了教师职业的自我性和保守性,他们或者对触犯自己权威的教学改革产生质疑或选择最安全的逃避方式。
