摘要
针对赵固二矿1105大采高工作面切眼矿压显现剧烈、围岩变形大、难以维护等问题,以理论分析、数值模拟和现场试验为主要研究方法,对切眼支护参数进行优化设计。结果表明,常规锚杆锚索联合支护无法锚固到稳定岩层内;而采用新型的5m超长锚杆和锚索联合支护,切眼围岩变形得到了较为明显的控制,顶板下沉量由212mm降低到170mm,变形速率大大降低,两帮片帮程度明显较小。
According to the serious mine strata pressure behaviors of the open - off cut, large deformation of the surrounding rock, hard to maintain the surrounding rock and other problems in No. 1105 high cutting coal mining face in the trial mine, with the theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and site experiment as the main study method, an optimized design was conducted on the support parameters of the open - off cut. The results showed that the conventional bolt and anchor combined support could not anchor in the stable rock strata. With the application of the new 5m over - long bolt and anchor combined support, the surrounding rock deformation of the open - off cut could be obviously controlled. The roof subsidence value was reduced from 212mm to 170mm, the deformation speed was highly reduced and the spalling of the two sidewalls was obvious small.
