近距离下煤层回采巷道帮部变形与破坏研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对木瓜矿10-103区段运输巷在回采过程中巷道帮部变形失稳的工程背景,基于矿山压力与岩层控制理论,采用FLAC3D数值模拟和现场观测等方法,对上煤层煤柱底板的水平应力分布规律进行了研究,分析了水平应力对下煤层巷道帮部变形的影响。研究结果表明:上煤层采后煤柱底板水平应力的分布不仅与距煤柱底板垂直距离有关,还和煤柱的宽度有关。木瓜矿10-103区段运输巷正是因为处于水平应力增高区,造成了巷道帮部变形失稳;又因为巷道两帮受到的水平应力大小不等,使得两帮变形量和破碎区显著不同。研究结果对近距离下煤层回采巷道的布置和支护具有一定的指导意义。 According to the engineering background of the deformation and stability lost in the sidewalls of the gateway during the mining process of the No. 10 - 103 section transportation gateway in Mugua Mine, based on the mine pressure and rock strata control theory, the FLAC3D numerical simulation, site observation and method were applied to study the horizontal stress distribution law of the coal pillar floor in the upper seam and to analyze the horizontal stress affected to the sidewall deformation along the gateway in the lower seam. The study results showed that the horizontal stress distribution of the coal pillar floor after the upper seam mined would not only be related to the vertical distance to the coal pillar floor and also related to the width of the coal pillar. No. 10 - 103 sectional transportation gateway in Mugua Mine was right in a horizontal stress increased zone and caused the deformation and stability lost of the sidewalls of the gateway. Due to the two sidewalls of the gateway affected by the large and small different horizontal stresses, the deformation value of the two sidewalls and the broken zone would be obvious different. The study results would have certain guidance significances to the layout and support of the mining gateway in the close lower seam.
