摘要
针对井工煤矿面临的顶板安全问题,文章设计了一种新型顶板动态监测子站,该子站基于16位数字控制器DSPIC33FJ256GP506,采用多种参数的复合采集及处理策略,并将采集到的数据上传给中心站进行专家分析,通过子站系统对顶板进行动态监测,可预防煤矿生产出现冒顶事故,并提供顶板安全决策依据。
According to the roof safety problems faced to the underground mine, a new roof dynamic monitoring and measuring substation was designed. Based on the 16 bit digital controller - DSPIC33FJ256GP506, the substation would apply the multi parameter complex collection and treatment tactics. And the collected data would be transmitted to the central station for the expert analysis. The roof dynamic monitoring and measuring conducted by the substation could orevent the roof falling accident occurred in the mine and could orovide the basis of the roof safety decision.
