中国女子足球队体能训练过程研究——基于备战第30届伦敦奥运会预选赛 被引量:15

摘要 女子足球比赛对运动员的体能需求日益提高,甚至成为决定比赛胜负的主要因素。对中国女子足球队备战第30届伦敦奥运会的体能训练过程进行了分析,研究表明,板块周期的集训组织方式更有利于国家女子足球队运动员竞技能力的形成,在训练过程的实施过程中应该着力加强对训练负荷强度的控制,同时应该适时安排机能水平测试与机能状态监控,以确保训练负荷的安排能给予运动员最大适宜刺激。此外,在持续时间较长的集训期,应该根据运动员竞技能力训练痕迹效应的持续时间以及赛程科学合理地插入微型训练小周期,避免已获得的竞技能力出现消退,确保比赛期运动员的比赛体能需求。 Fitness for women football player becomes more and more important in modern times;even directly influence the match results. So the present study analyzes the fitness train- ing process of Chinese women's national football team for preparing the 30th Olympic Games. The result showed that block periodization model was rather fit for organizing training for na- tional team, and train intensity must be controlled strictly; meanwhile, training monitoring should be down timely in order to give maximal condign load impact on players. In additional, minimized training periods should be put on the agenda in order to satisfy fitness require in a series of football games.
