工业产品质量的模糊抽样评价方法

摘要 工业产品质量状况的综合评价是宏观经济管理中的重要问题。这类抽样评价不以样本中不合格评价对象的数目来确定总体的等级 ,而是由合成的样本评价指标值估计总体的等级隶属度。通过变量之间的映射 ,可以实现离散抽样模型和连续样本模型之间的转换。另外 ,借助于正态分布状态下的参数估计理论 ,可以确定评价指标的置信区间 ,这种模型已用于全国重点企业的质量综合评价 ,有效性得到充分证明。 The comprehensive evaluation of industrial product quality situation is an important problem in macroscopic economic management.This sample evaluation is suited to a condition that the number of qualified evaluation objects in the sample can not be taken as the basis for determining the class of the total and it is definite that a composite comprehensive evaluation factor value of the sample is used to estimate the class membership degrees of the total.Herein,the transformation between the continuous sample model and the discrete sample model is realized through the mapping between variables.In addition,the credible interval of the evaluation factor is determined by means of the parameter estimation theory in normal distribution situation.This model has great applied worth.It is applied in the quality comprehensive evaluation for key enterprises of the whole nation and for fully verified its effectiveness.
