通脉汤治疗脑动脉硬化症的疗效及对血脂水平的影响研究

Clinical Efficacy of Tongmai Decoction in the Treatment of Cerebral Arteriosclerosis and its Influence on Blood Lipid Level

目的:观察分析通脉汤治疗脑动脉硬化症的临床疗效,并探讨其对血脂水平的影响。方法:选择我院收治的78例脑动脉硬化症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各39例,对照组给予75mg阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,40mg辛伐他汀,每天1次;在此基础上,观察组给予通脉汤治疗,每天1剂,并比较2组疗效、血脂水平等。结果:观察组治疗总有效率92.31%,明显高于对照组71.79%(P<0.05);经治疗2组患者各项血脂水平均明显得以改善(P<0.05),且观察组的血脂水平改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通脉汤对脑动脉硬化症及对血脂水平的改善有积极的临床意义。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of Tongmai decoction in the treatment ot cerebrat arteriosclerosis and its influence on blood lipid level. Methods： 78 patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis were randomly divided into research group and control group. The control group was treated with 75 mg Aspirin enteric-coated tablets and 40rag simvastatin, once a day. On the basis, the research group was given Tongmai decoction. The clinical efficacy and blood lipid levels were observed. Results： The total effective rate of research group was 92. 31% , was obviously higher than control groups＇71.79% with P 〈 0.05. After treatment, the blood lipid levels of the two groups were obviously improved, but it of research group was improved more apparent with P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion： Tongmai decoction in the treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis is safe, feasible can obviously improve blood lipid levels. It is worth for clinical promotion and popularization.
