摘要
通过目标管理在我院的实践,提出了目标管理体系制定的原则,指标体系涉及的内容,目标值及权重的确定方法,并探讨了目标管理的实施效果以及在工作实践中存在的问题。
Based on the practice of management by objectives,the paper proposes the principles of setting the management system,the contents involved in the index system,and the methods of calculating the target value and weight.It also discusses the effects of implementing management by objectives and the problems met in the process.
