摘要
通过杭州市人民调解委员会近两年的实践,对其工作程序、运作方式等进行阐述,分析了化解医疗纠纷和构建协调机制所取得的成效,提出如何从源头缓解与治理医患矛盾与纠纷的一些思考。
Based on the nearly two years＇ practice of Hangzhou People＇s Mediation Committee,the paper elaborated its working process and functioning,analyzed the achievements it made on settling medical disputes and on establishing mediation mechanisms,and came up with more thoughts on how to alleviate and solve medical conflicts and disputes from their roots.
