基于医患沟通不足的现状以及深化优质护理服务及护士岗位管理的要求,医院设置了以"沟通"为目的的"高级责任护士"岗位,以改善医患关系,提高患者满意度和医护工作满意度。

In response to the current deficiency of doctor-patient communication as well as the demands for better nursing quality and for nurse posts management,the hospital established the post of ＂Senior Nurse-in-Charge＂ with the aim of communication,in hope that it can improve doctorpatient relationships and provide the patients as well as health practitioners with greater satisfaction.
