摘要
目的分析消化内科老年患者医院感染特点并探讨其相关因素。方法对2009年6月-2011年6月收治的578例老年患者进行临床调查分析。结果有62例老年患者发生医院感染,感染率为10.7%,感染部位以呼吸道为主,其次为消化道和泌尿道,病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主;感染的发生与患者年龄、住院时间、基础疾病、抗菌药物使用及侵入性操作等相关。结论老年患者医院感染发生率高,应引起临床重视。应采取综合的防治措施,降低老年患者医院感染率,提高老年患者的生存质量。
Objectives ： Analyze the characteristics of elderly patients＇ nosocomial infection in the gastroenterology department and discuss the related factors.Methods ： A total of 578 cases of elderly patients hospitalized from June,2009 to June,2011 were investigated by clinical survey.Results ： Altogether 62 cases of nosocomial infection occurred,the infection rate being 10.7%.Positions of infection,ordered from high frequency to low frequency,are respiratory tract,digestive tract and urinary tract.Pathogenic bacteria were mainly Gran negative bacilli.Infection was related to patient＇s age,stay length,primary disease,use of antibiotics and invasive procedures.Conclusions ： The infection rate of elderly patients was high and attention should be paid to it.Comprehensive prevention and treatment measures should be taken to reduce their nosocomial infection rate and to enhance their life quality.
